Temporary Executive Assistant:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Extensive diary management and administration support for team of 12, including 1 MD
Organisation of complex travel itineraries and processing of expenses for team
Administration support of marketing trips, roadshows and fieldtrips in conjunction with sales
Logistical support on team conferences, working with event management and corporate access
Preparation of Research reports and marketing materials
Liaising with senior clients and internal GS personnel
CRM database management; logging and analysis of team's client interactions

Core Hours: 8am - 6pm. Flexibility with hours is essential.

Skills:

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

Be able to work in a fast paced environment requiring multitasking
Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and execution excellence
Have excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Have technical skills including intermediate to advanced PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel; a willingness and ability to learn new systems is critical
Be proactive, use initiative and remain composed under pressure
Have an adaptable and flexible manner
Be highly professional necessary ability to liaise with senior members of the firm
Be able to exercise good judgement, and understand when to escalate matters
Be able to work with highly confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion
Education:

Banking experience not essential

Mid level experience required with previous executive assistant experience
