- Title: Early Years Instructor
- Reporting to: Camp Manager
- Contract: Seasonal work during school holidays
- Hours: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm on weekdays. Full or part-time roles available for the season, with extra hours for staff holding a pediatric first aid qualification (usually 8 am – 6 pm).
- Plan and conduct activities for Ultimate Activity Juniors, typically aged 4-5, emphasizing participation, development, and enjoyment.
- Ensure adherence to camp policies and procedures for yourself and the children.
- Support in setting up the Ultimate Activity Juniors area by attending a Camp Induction Day.
- Act as a group leader, welcoming new children, and communicating with the EY Leader and parents when needed.
- Supervise and interact with children outside activity times.
- Adapt activities to suit children's individual needs based on their backgrounds and development stages.
- Uphold the promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day' and maintain the company's expectations throughout employment.
- Perform other duties as required (e.g., cleaning, equipment upkeep).
- Enthusiastic, energetic individual dedicated to child development through play and activity.
- Prior experience with 4-5-year-olds in sports, art, or education settings.
- Confident instructor who can adjust delivery according to age and ability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexible team player who can adapt to camp's dynamic nature.

- Experience with Early Years children and EYFS delivery.
- Level 2 qualification in childcare or Early Years, or working towards a related degree.
- Hold a Paediatric First Aid or First Aid at Work certification.
