- Designation: Early Years Instructor
- Supervisor: Camp Manager
- Work Arrangement: Seasonal position during school breaks.
- Timing: 8.30am – 5.30pm on weekdays. Options for full or part-time roles and additional hours for those with pediatric first aid expertise (typically 8am – 6pm).
- Plan and execute activities for the young camp attendees, typically aged 4-5, emphasizing participation, growth, and fun.
- Prioritize the well-being and enforce camp policies for both yourself and the children.
- Participate in setting up the young campers' area during the Camp Induction Day.
- Act as a leader for your group, welcome new members, and communicate with parents or the Early Years Leader as needed.
- Supervise and interact with children outside of activity hours.
- Be adaptable to children's varying backgrounds and stages of development, tailoring activities to meet their needs.
- Uphold the promise of 'Inspiring Children Every Day' and maintain the company's standards throughout your employment.
- Perform additional duties as required, such as cleaning and equipment maintenance.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic individual, dedicated to nurturing and motivating children through play and activities.
- Prior experience with 4-5-year-olds in sports, art, or educational environments.
- Confident instructor capable of adjusting to children's age and skill levels.
- Effective organizational and communication abilities.

- Experience with Early Years children and EYFS implementation.
- Certified at Level 2 in childcare or Early Years, or pursuing a related degree.
