Motor Claims Handler - Bolton, United Kingdom - AXA
Description
We have an exciting opportunity to start a rewarding career with AXA Commercial as a Motor Claims Handler.You'll be based in our newly refurbished Bolton office and will receive world class training to start your career with us.
As part of our Commercial Claims team, you'll help customers and brokers of AXA Commercial in the UK.You'll take pride in working as part of an effective team and we'll provide you with the opportunity to learn about new claims products.
You'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to build great relationships, in order to fully support our customers over the phone.

What you'll be doing:
Managing your own portfolio of claims, offering relevant and accurate information to every customer based on your professional expertise and training.
Recommend and action the most appropriate use of the claims management processes, Credit Hire and using current law to provide a cost-effective settlement.
Utilising strong attention to detail, remaining calm in the face of challenge to effectively help customers when they need us the most.
Working Hours & Shift Pattern:
You'll work 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 9am until 5pm.

What we're looking for:
Experience in Motor Claims at a minimum of £10,000 is essential, this could be from a retail or commercial insurance background.
Ability to connect and communicate clearly with a variety of people, utilising quick problem-solving skills.
Passionate about working as part of a collaborative team.
Property Claims experience is advantageous, but not essential.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
This position has been defined as an Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) role under the IDD regime which means that in addition to pre-employment screening checks, the successful candidate will be subject to background screening every 4 years with an annual declaration in interim years.
