    Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Beijing, China, the TF Education Group boasts six branch campuses. Currently, there are four branches in Beijing, one in Dalian, and one in Shenyang. At TF, we are dedicated to nurturing children's creativity, preschool psychology, and early education. We are proud to have professional Montessori teachers on our team and offer teacher training programs.     **What Does Joining ThinkFirst Offer You?**

    **Work Tasks and Responsibilities:**

    8-hour workday, Monday to Friday.

    Full-day immersive English teaching for children aged 2-6.

    Develop teaching plans based on TF's curriculum and guidelines.

    Employ a variety of activities and teaching methods (songs, stories, art, outdoor activities, etc.) to enhance children's learning capabilities.

    Create a positive classroom environment.

    Adhere to teaching standards and safety regulations.

    • Bachelor's degree + TEFL/TESOL certificate. If you hold a degree in education or a related field, the TEFL/TESOL requirement may be waived.
    • A clear criminal record.
    • Experience in education or a related field.
