Head of Property Management
You will be working with a friendly team with a excellent working environment, early finishes on Fridays frequent company social and charitable events.
This role would suit someone who would enjoy working for a independent company where you can implement your own strategies and ideas.
To be considered for the role we are looking for a minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property management, ARLA Level 3 Qualification and previous experience working in a leadership role.
Head of Property Management Duties
- Line managing the property management department (7 staff)
- Handling recruitment and training new members of staff
- Plan and conduct performance reviews, informal catch ups and end of probationary meetings.
- Set clear targets with the senior management team on developing the property management department
- Conduct weekly meetings with the property management team and advising on any work issues within the department
- Create and uphold a fantastic working culture
Head of Property Management Tasks
- Monitor the existing portfolio size to ensure clients are being retained
- Support the new business department, communicating with new landlords as to what they can expect from the service
- Provide expert advice across all property management to both internal employees and external clients and customers
- Review maintenance procedures ensuring all issues are being met in a timely and cost effective manner
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with major clients & key suppliers.
- Appropriately represent the department in public, at court appearances, events, or in the media, acting as the department spokesperson
- Manage the payment of contractor and supplier invoices in accordance with service level agreements
- Ensure the regular review and implementation of rent increases
- Prepare and present a monthly report to the Managing Director, Associate Directors and other Heads of Departments, on the performance of the department against the KPI's
- Assist the team in responding to conflicts, providing assistance where attempts to resolve conflict with a client or supplier have been exhausted
- Salary £35,000 £42,5000 DOE
- Monday
- Thursday 845am 5:30pm Friday 8455pm
- 24 Days Holiday plus bank holidays

£35,000.00-£42,500.00 per year
