Salary:
£50,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)

Successful applicants for the role of Process Lead Consultant will have the following experience:
Understanding business context to set a direction to form strategy and plans to progress business performance.
Experience in tactical business change / business transformation. Experience in strategic and tactical change.
Experience of developing and analysing data.
Leadership of teams, influencing and engaging with senior management and front-line staff.
Experienced negotiator with excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Foster collaborative working between work teams and disciplines

Qualifications:
Trained in the use of process improvement techniques and/or other related problem-solving tools ideally at Black Belt level or equivalent
