Description

I am working with a print and signage company who are looking for a Sales and Design Coordinator to join their friendly team.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with a keen interest in developing their knowledge of this industry and becoming an invaluable team member.

Working in a small team, you will be trained on every aspect of products offered.

You will be become responsible for managing enquiries/orders from inception to the end, involving basic design work when required to ensure customers have everything they need to make an informed decision.

Understanding of digital marketing is desirable. Generation of new clients and business for the company is key.


Salary:
£22000

  • Raising of quotations and orders utilising Clarity signage specific software
  • Manage orders through production to distribution, ensuring goods are dispatched in the appropriate manner
  • Involvement in sales and marketing activity through website management
  • Building trusting relationships with new and existing clients

Skills required:

  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to learn products
  • Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
  • Strong business and finance acumen, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to build and sustain positive customer relationships
  • Highly developed organisation skills with the ability to work methodically, manage and prioritise your own workload
  • High level of selfmotivation with the adaptability to work both individually with mínimal supervision and as part of a team is vital
