Formed to provide professional services by providing high quality accounting, fund administration and investor reporting services to real estate, debt, infrastructure and private equity fund clients the Company was started in 2006 and now operates on a globalscale with over 700 staffThe Role
The role will provide extensive support in all scheduling and administration management for the leaders of the Fund Administration team.
The main duties will support the Head of Fund Administration and Director of Real Estate with other senior team membersalso supported at a reduced level.
The role will require a proactive person with high attention to detail, autonomy of working, and excellent communication skills.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Extensive diary management (using Outlook);
- Managing departmental trackers and internal administration such as appraisal/ objectives logs, recruitment trackers, probation trackers and document review time, leave and study trackers, seating plan, new starters trackers etc. Proactively managing followupswith team members to ensure data is accurate and up to date;
- Managing departmental organisational charts;
- Managing meeting agendas and action tracking for internal and external meetings as required by executives;
- Processing and tracking of expenses;
- Professional telephone service screening incoming calls, taking accurate messages;
- Correspondence, photocopying, archiving and filing;
- Dealing with confidential documentation and information;
- Producing and updating PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets;
- Developing relationships with peers both internally and externally;
- Various adhoc duties and occasional personal requests;
- Supporting in the organisation offsite events and internal conferences; and
- Organizing travel and external meetings as required (travel very infrequent).
Other projects that this person could grow to get involved in is working in coordinating internal events such as D&I events and networking lunches plus involvement in event planning for the Real Estate team and also wider firm such as summer and Christmasparties.
This is an immediate start temporary role with the view of going permanent after a few months. Fabulous offices. Stunning City location.
Hours: 9am-5.30pm
Four days in the office, one working from home after initial training has taken place.
