Basic Salary £28,000-30,000 dependant on experience plus 25 days holiday contributory pension scheme, choice of private medical insurance or cash plan

Our client a well-recognised national body based in the heart of London is currently recruiting for a Commercial Executive for a 9-12 Month Fixed Term Contract, Maternity Cover.
The Role
The Commercial Executive supports the delivery of commercial partnerships by providing operational and administrative support.
This involves working closely with both partner organisations and colleagues across the country, in addition to the wider commercialpartnerships team.
This role also leads on the administration, management and maintenance of the commercial partnerships team's CRM system, sales pipeline and other data sources.
Key Responsibilities
Working across the matrix structure - marketing, commercial, policy, press and public affairs;
Managing and maintaining the commercial team's CRM system, sales pipeline and other data sources to the benefit of the whole team;
Providing project support
Acting as the point contact in delivering commercial partnerships;
Compiling briefing notes for members of the team attending commercial meetings.
Person Specification
Experience in partnership working and operating in complex stakeholder environments.
Ability to maintain strong relationships.
Experience of managing and maintaining CRM systems.
Confident in handing data and producing reports.
Commercially astute.
A confident self-starter, with the ability to work across teams within a small, dynamic organisation.
