Description
Radis Community Care have an opportunity for a Positive Behaviour Support (PSB) Practitioner to join our team.As our PSB Practitioner you will be working with and supporting people whose behaviour is described as concerning or challenging.
Support best practice around the use of physical interventions, and promote the reduction of restrictive practices.To take part in regular professional supervision and appraisal and maintain an active engagement with current developments in the field of Positive Behaviour Support and related disciplines.
Contribute to the maintenance of the highest professional standards of practice, through active participation in internal and external CPD training and development programmes.
