Basic:
£24,000
+ uncapped commission

Year 1

OTE:

Trainee Finance Recruitment Consultant

The role
Providing support that enables the business to provide a timely, professional, and valued service to our clients.
Identify talent for your mandates, qualifying and providing your recommendations of potential talent with Partner direction.
Produce highquality, insightful, and robust written work including executive summaries and progress reports.
You will help us to build the best and most definitive database of private equity CFOs in the UK and Europe, covering both midmarket and largecap firms.
Degree qualified from a researchintensive University course
Highly organised with the ability to create bestinclass research process
Intellectual curiosity and commercial aptitude
Able to build credible relationships over the telephone and in person
Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
Outstanding communication skills both verbally and in writing
A rigorous, methodical approach with an exceptional attention to detail
High levels of tenacity, creativity, and lateral thinking
Able to work well under pressure and deliver high quality results
A high level of intellect and a naturally inquisitive nature
