Office call centre:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a reliable and committed Sales administrator at our sausage, saveloy, and burger manufacturing company in North London.
The Role:
Responsibilities:
- make telesales and market research calls to new and existing customers
- deal with customer orders, card payments, enquiries and complaints
- advise about products and services
- support customers with their balance and queries.
- update customers' records and payments on computer databases
Requirements and skills:
- customer service skills
- to be thorough and pay attention to detail
- the ability to work well with others
- sensitivity and understanding
- patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- excellent verbal communication skills
- active listening skills
- to be able to use a computer and the main software packages competently
Job Types:
Full-time, Zero hours contract
Salary:
£12.00-£13.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- n17 9qp: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
