An incredible performing arts and concert company with venues globally is searching for a People Partner to join on a permanent basis


People Partner Responsibilities:


  • Facilitating implementation of the People strategy
  • Providing strong Business Partnering support, advice and guidance
  • Establishing and maintaining strong proactive internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting and coaching to facilitate effective people and performance development
  • Working closely with the learning and development business partner to identify staff training needs and to help embed learning and development initiatives
  • Ensuring all leavers receive full support from their line managers, are processed via payroll and complete the exit interview survey

People Partner Essentials:


  • 12 months of HR generalist experience


  • CIPD Level

  • CRM experience
  • HR database experience
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
  • Excellent Microsoft 365 skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
