An incredible performing arts and concert company with venues globally is searching for a People Partner to join on a permanent basisPeople Partner Responsibilities:
- Facilitating implementation of the People strategy
- Providing strong Business Partnering support, advice and guidance
- Establishing and maintaining strong proactive internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Supporting and coaching to facilitate effective people and performance development
- Working closely with the learning and development business partner to identify staff training needs and to help embed learning and development initiatives
- Ensuring all leavers receive full support from their line managers, are processed via payroll and complete the exit interview survey
People Partner Essentials:
- 12 months of HR generalist experience
- CIPD Level
- CRM experience
- HR database experience
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
- Excellent Microsoft 365 skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
