We have an opportunity for an
Accounts Control Administrator to join our team. With us you'll be given the opportunity to play a key role in the way we do business.

You'll be given the support you need to succeed and be able to make a positive impact in the delivery of the Accounts Control team's work.


When you join, you'll be based at our Yorkshire Drive offices in Bradford for training and onboarding, then you'll get the chance to blend both working from home and the office.


About the role
As Accounts Control Administrator, you'll be joining a high performing and friendly team of eight. Day to day you'll be

  • Managing the daily processing of invoices and credit notes through to payment by BACS
  • Auditing and paying colleague expense claims
  • Reducing transactional risk by maintaining a control mentality and adhering to control procedures
  • Supporting with monthend procedures, accruals, and prepayments, as well as general ledger account reconciliation
  • Providing support to the property department in the raising of tenant invoices and allocating rent payments
  • Maintaining and reconciling the fixed assets registry
  • Supporting with routecause investigations for repetitive invoice queries & processing problems, alongside assisting with process improvements

About you
We are looking for someone with previous finance experience ideally within either general ledger, payables, receivables and purchasing. You'll have - Great attention to detail and prioritisation skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
