Hybrid: You will need to be in the offices full time for your training however once completed you will be able to work 2 days from home and three days in the offices

Salary :
£21500 starting salary with an opportunity for this to increase after you pas probation to £22000


Plus, an additional £50.00 per Saturday completed (realistic OTE between £22250 and £22800)

Hours of work:
You will work 37.5 hours a week and between the hours of 8am and 5pm on a rota

Week 1 = 8am to 4.30

Week 2 = 8.30 to 5pm


You will be asked to work two Saturday mornings for three hours a month bit this will be paid at an additional £50.

As a result we are now supporting them in the recruitment for Customer Service Executives and Administrators

This position is a very varied role whereby you manage caseloads and support your client with various tasks


As a Customer Service Advisor & Administrator you will be required to

  • Request references both verbally and in writing from clients
  • The aim will be to manage cases from start to finish and complete a number of checks for your client.
  • To manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
  • To cross check documents and raise any issues or findings.
  • To proofread highly important data
  • To priories workloads and be able to work to tight deadlines and SLA agreements
  • To upload case files and client information with accuracy to the system
  • To chase outstanding documents
  • To help the customer with their journey
  • To manage any general enquiries
  • To complete general administration

The ideal Customer Service Executive / Administrator will have / be

  • Previous customer service experience and pride themselves on going the extra mile
  • Good administration skills and experience
  • Will have the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
  • Will be able to multitask.
  • Will have good communication skills.
  • Will have excellent attention to detail.
  • Will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Will be able to retain customer information successfully and follow instruction.
