About Our Client:

Page Group are working with a national industry leader who are looking to appoint a Contact Centre Lead at their offices based in Sheffield

  • Lead all day to day activities across the contact centre
  • Support in the creation and implementation of the customer experience strategy
  • Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
  • Manage all available resource to ensure customer demand is met
  • Highlight areas for improvement and drive change to deliver positive outcomes
  • Provide clear leadership to frontline managers
  • Support in the implementation of new channels and technologies

The Successful Applicant:


  • Led large scale contact centre / customer service function
  • Knowledge of contact centre systems
  • People focused approach
  • Ability to prioritise and time manage

What's on Offer:

The Contact Centre Lead is a newly created position with a leading national business based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
The role offers a salary of £50,000 plus £10k bonus (not sales related) along with a fantastic benefits package
