About Our Client:
Page Group are working with a national industry leader who are looking to appoint a Contact Centre Lead at their offices based in Sheffield
- Lead all day to day activities across the contact centre
- Support in the creation and implementation of the customer experience strategy
- Take ownership of any escalated customer issues
- Manage all available resource to ensure customer demand is met
- Highlight areas for improvement and drive change to deliver positive outcomes
- Provide clear leadership to frontline managers
- Support in the implementation of new channels and technologies
The Successful Applicant:
- Led large scale contact centre / customer service function
- Knowledge of contact centre systems
- People focused approach
- Ability to prioritise and time manage
What's on Offer:
The Contact Centre Lead is a newly created position with a leading national business based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
The role offers a salary of £50,000 plus £10k bonus (not sales related) along with a fantastic benefits package
