    Lettings Manager Northampton

    Salary: £25000£30000 basic OTE £40000£50000

    About theRole: We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedLettings Manager to join our team at a leading Independent EstateAgent in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity for amotivated individual to lead and develop our lettings departmentensuring exceptional service and achieving targets.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the lettingsdepartment.
    • Develop and implement effectivestrategies to maximize rental income and occupancyrates.
    • Conduct property valuations marketappraisals and prepare tenancy agreements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlordstenants and contractors.
    • Ensure compliancewith all relevant legislation and industry standards.
    • Lead motivate and develop the lettings team to achieveindividual and departmental goals.
    • Handleescalated tenant and landlord issues with professionalism andefficiency.
    • Monitor and report on keyperformance indicators and financial targets.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Lettings Manager or ina similar role within the property industry.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the lettings process andrelevant legislation.
    • Strong leadership andteam management skills.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities.
    • High level of organization and attention todetail.
    • Ability to work under pressure andmeet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in propertymanagement software and Microsoft Office suite.
