IT Application Support Specialist

Work Pattern: 37 hours per week

Salary:
£40,247 per annum

Purpose of the role -

Our client is looking for a Customer Recovery Co-ordinator to support the Customer Recovery Team Leader in the management of complaints and insurance claim.

Responding in timely and effective manner to ensure information and insight is captured and recordedto constantly improve customer experiences within the organisation.


Job Role -

  • Work closely with internal user group to provide advice and guidance on the design and development of new and changed systems to optimise operational efficiency
  • Produce full specification of work defined and seek signoff before work is commissioned
  • Recommend modifications for third party software, attending user groups and act as lead advisor to software vendor
  • Plan and implement system modules, enhancements, patches and upgrades inline with change management process to ensure mínimal impact to the business
  • Maintain testing environments
  • Research ICT development ensuring all system functionality is utilised to create efficient processes within the business
  • Support the transition from concept to business as usual for all system upgrades
  • Produce and maintain system change documentation
  • Relevant IT qualification or demonstrable experience
  • Proven experience of analysing user needs and requirements
