- Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
- Performing routine maintenance on high-speed semi-automated equipment
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
- Conducting preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates at optimal levels
- Collaborating with production teams to schedule maintenance activities that minimise disruption to production schedules
- Documenting maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance tasks
- Participating in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and maintenance techniques
- Assisting in the development and implementation of maintenance procedures and protocols to improve equipment performance and reliability
- Competence with maintaining automates pneumatic and cam-driven assembly equipment
- A basic level of computer literacy
- NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent (desirable)
- Time served as an apprentice (desirable)
