- Lead sustainability assessments, audits, and analyses for clients across various sectors.
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies, action plans, and goals tailored to client needs and objectives.
- Conduct research on emerging sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices to inform client recommendations.
- Collaborate with clients to integrate sustainable practices into their operations, supply chains, and corporate culture.
- Provide expertise and guidance on carbon footprint reduction, energy efficiency, waste management, and resource optimization.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to build consensus and support for sustainability initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate sustainability performance metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on relevant sustainability certifications, standards, and frameworks, such as LEED, B Corp, ISO 14001, and GRI.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, sustainability, business management, or related field.
- Proven experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or related roles. Ideally as a Sustainability Manager.
- Deep understanding of sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Certification in sustainability-related disciplines (e.g., LEED AP, CSR-P, GRI Standards Exam) is a plus.
- Passion for sustainability and a commitment to driving positive change.
