Duties and Responsibilities Promote EPP and the Wandsworth Wellbeing Hub at local events; this will include distributing promotional materials, manning information stands, delivering presentations, engaging with the public, and engaging with professionals from the voluntary sector and health/social care professionals.

Carry out administrative tasks relating to the courses, including contacting and coordinating course tutors and participants, booking venues, arranging transport, ordering supplies, arranging tutor assessments, and maintaining records of course related activity.

Capture data about course attendances, feedback from participants and availability/accreditation details of the tutors.


Carry out administrative tasks relating to tutor training and supervision or any other EPP related training developed in Merton and Wandsworth.

Attend team meetings as part of the Merton and Wandsworth Self-Management team.

Ensure that all complaints, comments and suggestions are dealt with appropriately, in accordance with policy, resolving where possible and escalating to line manager when appropriate.

Organise hospitality events, including the EPP reunion.


Maintain an adequate level of understanding regarding the courses, with the aim of dealing with enquiries both in person and over the telephone.

This will also help when interacting with the public at road shows and marketing events. To carry out other appropriate delegated duties as required such as minute taking and booking rooms.
