Intelligent Growth Solutions (IGS) was founded in 2013 and has brought together decades of farming and engineering experience to create an Agritech business with a vision to revolutionise the indoor growing market.

Employing over 100 staff, IGS is now in full scale up mode with an ambitious and aggressive recruitment plan to help fuel their commercial growth.


Are you interested in changing the face of farming so that we can feed the world? If so we now need to recruit a Data Visualiser who will create slick visual data presentations and platforms for internal and external customers.

You are a Data Visualiser with an understanding of modern data visualisation techniques and front-end development. You know the right tools and approaches to choose. You have the desire to build new ways of visualising data from the ground up.

You can work with a team of Data engineers, Data Scientists and the wider business to deliver solutions on time.

You are passionate about communication and will be able to see new opportunities for insight around the product.

You are all that and you are a real person too, one that remembers that we all are, displaying kindness and patience.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Work with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to produce easy to understand and visually pleasing representations of the data generated from Data Applications.
  • Help to automate dashboards and visualisations for internal consumption.
  • Help to automate report generation and communication with customers.
  • Work closely with the Data team to ensure that deployed code is of the highest quality.
  • Foster a culture of learning and improvement including tech talks.


Core skills required for this role include; strong experience in Data Science programming language (Python/R), exposure to Cloud Computing and CI/CD pipelines (Azure preferred), Git skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
