Do you have a passion for Data? A housing and Finance platform has need for an apprentice to join their company.

The Apprentice will monitor, analyse and report on Customer Satisfaction KPIs and trends to inform Customer action plans.

Key Duties:

Update and upload Network Week on week tracker to
Provide monthly update on verbatim analysis on painpoints by brand for sales and service
Highlight changes in trends and deepdive into root causes
Provide weekly followup of new model ratings (Drive to Five) highlighting underperforming dealers for followup
Contribute to preparation and Corporate presentations (e.g. Board report, Customer Connection, Group reviews, Customer Committee)
Assist with queries and respond within SLA timeframes
Support Quality Assurance Manager with ad hoc reporting and projects (e.g. incentive programme followup
Coordinate key KPIs updates for company, Board, and HQ presentations

About you:

To be a Data Technician Apprentice you will need to be a tech enthusiast with 5 GCSEs (ideally A* - C, 4-9) including Maths and English.

This 18-month Apprenticeship has a salary of £18,000 per year. You will also receive full training and support from the Just IT Apprenticeship team to increase your skills.

Your training will include gaining internationally recognised Level 3 qualifications in data.
