    Job Description:

    The opportunity would see you to join the Mobile Client software development team (Sky Go) which forms part of a much wider collection of teams that develop the Mobile platform and associated clients.

    Together we use groundbreaking, highly scalable, technology to delight our customers with online services which enable them to consume Sky content online and on numerous hardware platforms.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Provide Line Management to the team for career/personal development, recruitment and better working culture in the team
    Collaborate closely effectively and maintain relationships with Management Team, Product Owners, Tech Leaders, Project Managers, and Stakeholders.

    Ensure visibility on the team on key achievements and priorities coming from project; deliver visibility on team's plans to the department and to the stakeholders.

    Design and operate Agile process adapted to sky Go team
    Report optimally on the progress of development or estimation, and raise any issues in a considered and timely manner
    Ensure that the team has everything they need to be highly productive through careful planning, resolving dependencies and removing impediments


    Job Requirements:
    Effective organisation that reduces the amount of noise, distractions and interruptions
    Solid technical background required. Good understanding of continuous delivery, support standard methodologies, process improvement, technical debt, etc
    Scrum Mastering – certified or have a consulting background in Agile methods
    Excellent people management skills, time management, organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills
    Mentor and demonstrate the Agile values and principles in every thought and action
    Proven track record of successfully delivering in an continuous delivery agile environment
