Description
Orka Financial is working with a highly acquisitive PLC based in High Wycombe. Our client is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for a 6 month period.Responsibilities
- Maintenance of Purchase Order process: process invoices, reconciling invoices received and purchase orders with three currencies GBP, EURO & USD
- Ensure all purchase invoices are authorised before arrange payment
- Dealing with queries of invoice payments
- Maintain payment schedule for preparing cash flow forecast purposes.
Requirements:
- AP experience
- Greatinterpersonal and communications skills
- Efficient and methodical approach with good attention to detail
- Good team working skills
- Ability/desire to use own initiative but also know when to seek advice
- The ability to work to tight deadlines.
