Orka Financial is working with a highly acquisitive PLC based in High Wycombe. Our client is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for a 6 month period.

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of Purchase Order process: process invoices, reconciling invoices received and purchase orders with three currencies GBP, EURO & USD
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are authorised before arrange payment
  • Dealing with queries of invoice payments
  • Maintain payment schedule for preparing cash flow forecast purposes.

Requirements:


  • AP experience
  • Greatinterpersonal and communications skills
  • Efficient and methodical approach with good attention to detail
  • Good team working skills
  • Ability/desire to use own initiative but also know when to seek advice
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines.
