An Opportunity has arisen in Local Services for Ward AdministratorsBand 3
These roles are based in the Inpatient Unit at Lakeside Hounslow
1.00 wte full time role available
0.50 wte part time role afternoons ONLY available
They need to have excellent communication skills and be fully experienced in using Microsoft packages.
These roles are based on an inpatient ward so there is direct patient contact on a daily basis
- To line manage the band 3 and 4 members of the admin team including: recruitment, selection, even workload allocation, performance management, Performance Development Reviews, absences and cover arrangements where necessary.
- To review and improve (speed, quality or resource use) of the admin service team/unit in discussion with the line manager
- To support the MINT leads with data cleansing/improvement in line with KPI's
- To produce DQ reports from WLBI and or System
- To resolve problems and issues that other team members have been unable to resolve in liaison with line manager where necessary
- To take part in ad hoc projects which impact on the administrative service
- To ensure that leavers return equipment, ID badges, keys etc
- To ensure relevant existing and revised Trust policies or local protocols are implemented by the admin team making suggestions to improve local protocols.
- To resolve problems and conflicting priority issues within the admin team.
