Role:
Head of Operations (Painting & Repairs)

Location:
London & South East

This is a fantastic opportunity to manage the overall operations of our London and South East region, ensuring that our projects are resourced adequately, completed on time and to budget.

The role will involve traditional operation delivery responsibilities across a variety of painting and repair projects in various market sectors (Social Housing, FM, Property Management, Commercial, Education and Health predominantly) ranging in value from £5k to £10m, with ownership of projects from contract award through to completion.

Possess excellent people leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate people at all levels
Have excellent understanding of the construction industry and have gained their experience preferably in the Repairs & Decorating sector
Have a proven track record in managing commercial, financial, operational, risk management, project planning and tracking processes
Have strong business knowledge including of a number of model forms of contract (e.g., NEC3 & 4), therefore will have strong financial and commercial awareness skills
Have a strong customer service ethos

Applicants should have a Construction related Higher National Certificate, Degree or equivalent, with previous contracts management experience of at least 10 years.
