- Oversee daily operations within the care home or assisted living facility
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the nursing team
- Manage and support staff to ensure high-quality care delivery
- Coordinate with healthcare professionals to provide specialized services
- Monitor and administer medications as per prescribed guidelines
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment for residents
- Previous experience as a deputy manager or service manager
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and senior care best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with residents, families, and staff members
