- Operate and maintain plant equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct daily maintenance checks to ensure equipment is operational and safe.
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping to promote a safe and organized work environment.
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in quality, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
- Provide support to production teams, assisting with machinery setups and troubleshooting.
- Conduct fault finding and diagnostics to resolve electrical issues promptly.
- Adhere to planned preventive maintenance schedules and accurately record follow-up tasks.
- Uphold the integrity of the company through positive actions and attitude at all times.
- BTEC/C&G in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification. 18th Edition training is advantageous.
- Post-apprenticeship experience in food manufacturing or related industry preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar maintenance role is essential.
- Competency in electrical work, with a focus on safety.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, commitment, and a sense of responsibility are essential.
