- Traveling to customer sites and providing support with issues relating to the Machinery, carrying out fault-finding and timely repairs.
- Providing remote technical support to customers when necessary.
- Assisting with installations and commissioning on customer sites.
- On occasion this role will involve assisting with assembly of machinery within the factory.
- Experience in a similar role, with strong Electrical & Mechanical skills.
- A relevant Engineering qualification.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Full UK driving license.
