    Description
    We are currently seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Bookkeeper to join our team.

    As a vital member of our finance department, you will play a key role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance at every step.

    But that's not all - this position offers the exciting opportunity for growth and advancement, including training to become an Account Assistant


    Responsibilities:

    • Utilize your AAT qualification and expertise in bookkeeping to maintain precise financial records
    • Dive into the world of accounts payable and accounts receivable, processing transactions with speed and accuracy
    • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions like a pro, spotting discrepancies and resolving them with finesse
    • Take charge of VAT returns, ensuring they are submitted promptly and accurately
    • Collaborate with our talented team to assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
    • Showcase your knack for generating insightful financial reports that inform strategic decision-making
    • Engage with clients and vendors, providing top-notch support and fostering positive relationships
    • Embrace the opportunity to learn and grow, as you receive training to become an Account Assistant

    Qualifications:

    • AAT qualification is a must - we're looking for someone who knows their stuff
    • Additional qualification in Bookkeeping is highly desirable
    • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we're also open to enthusiastic newcomers
    • Your attention to detail is legendary, and your organizational skills are second to none
