    Property Manager - Watford, WD25

    A strong independent, well-respected and very established Property Firm are actively seeking a bright, driven, 'hands on'/ passionate person with previous experience, keen to join a growing team based in Watford, WD25.

    Our Client is seeking an experienced residential Property Manager to oversee a very high specification residential portfolio in and around the M25 on behalf of our clients.

    Assorting client reports with rental, void lettings, and Health & Safety statistics.

    • Undertaking ad-hoc portfolio analysis and general administrative duties.
    • Dealing with the whole Tenancy process which includes carrying out tenant reference checks, arranging and issuing tenancy agreements, arranging check-ins and check-outs, inventory and utilities.
    • Ensuring the timely payment of rents and collection of arrears.
    • Dealing with administrative duties in and out of the office.
    • Dealing with all day-to-day management of all properties.
    • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the maintenance of all properties.
    • Handling evening and weekend emergencies.
    Minimum 3 years' experience in residential property management.

    • Strong knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements for both individual units and common parts.
    • Hold a full UK driving licence and full-time access to a car.
    Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
