- Central London
- Multi-site & multi-brand hospitality
- Up to £120k
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis and cash flow management
- Lead and implement key financial strategies and initiatives
- Develop and lead the Finance Team
- Build bespoke financial models
- Ensure that strong cash management and cashflow forecasting systems are in place
- Ability to work flexibly, quickly adapting to developments and able to apply judgement
- Strong technical financial accounting skills
- Responsible for quarterly board pack reporting
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the senior management team to support decision-making and drive business growth
- Liaise with external parties e.g. bank, external auditors, tax advisors
- ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualification experience
- Proven track record of success as a Finance Director or in a similar senior finance role
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in strategic planning, financial modelling, and risk management
