Group Finance Director - Camden Area, United Kingdom - Altus Partners
Description
THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are currently partnered with a mic cap Private Equity backed business based in Bracknell.
They have seen steady year on year growth over the past decade, having recently acquired a number of new markets.
THE ROLE:
Reporting directly into the CFO, you will have play an integral part in their rapid growth plans of reaching the FTSE 100 in the next 3-5 years.
Key responsibilities include:
Contribute to developing the strategic agenda and financial planning of the business and its execution
You will have close liaison with the board and executive management team on incorporating financials, KPI's and insightful value added commentary
Managing and developing relationships with investors and key stakeholders across the business with regular updates on current company performance
Leading the finance function and oversight of all operational finance activity
Responsible for compliance with appropriate regulatory requirements/SOX/IFRS Developing and implementing new systems across the group
Manage and develop a team of 8 direct reports
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Strong technical accounting skills IBM Cognos/Hyperion skills
Previous experience of working for a Private Equity company is essential, M&A exposure is desirable
