The Company
Our client is a leading award winning, corporate finance boutique based in Birmingham.

They are now looking to recruit a corporate finance executive to join their existing experienced team, working on exciting transactions including mbo's, acquisitions, investments,sales and strategic advisory.

The Role

This is a truly fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant (ACA or ACCA) from any discipline, preferably from the top 10 or alternatively someone who is M & A focused with in a banking environment, to join this established organisation and develop a careerin corporate finance.

You will receive full training and support, and will be responsible for all areas of lead advisory, financial analysis though to elements of client development.

This role supports the Corporate Finance partners and interacts with clientsdirectly.

The Person

You will either be a newly qualified accountant or an individual with up to 3 yrs pqe who has had experience working within a top 10 practice.

My client is open to taking individuals from audit, restructuring, transaction services and corporate finance. Excellentcommunication skills are essential as is an eye for detail.

You will be a confident character with an ambitious nature, who is keen to develop his or her career in corporate finance.
