CTO - Hybrid role- Exclusive Ocho client

Our client is a dynamic and innovative technology company dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions. Their team values collaboration, continuous improvement, and a secure development lifecycle.

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our clients technology strategy and ensure the alignment of their technical vision with their business objectives.

Oversee the development and implementation of the company's technology strategy.

Lead and mentor a team of talented engineers and developers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure domains.
Ensure the adoption of best practices in software development, security, and system architecture.

Frontend Technologies:

Direct the development and maintenance of frontend applications using technologies such as jQuery, Backbone, EJS, and Nativescript Vue for smartphone applications.
Ensure compatibility with modern web browsers and support for secure communication protocols like

Backend Technologies:

Supervise the design and optimization of server-side applications
Advocate for and implement a Secure Development Lifecycle (SDLC) based on the Microsoft Secure Development Lifecycle (MSSDL).
Foster a continuous integration environment with automated testing, static and dynamic code analysis, and regular code reviews.
Oversee version control and source code management using Git and GitHub, including one-click deployment policies.

Actively engage in team agile ceremonies, offering valuable inputs.

Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably as a CTO or similar.
Extensive knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript frameworks, modern web browsers) and backend technologies
Strong background in managing cloud infrastructure, configuration management, and secure networking.
Deep understanding of secure development practices, version control, and automated deployment processes.
Ability to align technical strategies with business goals and drive innovation within the team.

Competitive salary:
up to £130,000+ per annum + market leading benefits.
