- Provide centralized coordination for all business execution operational functions
- Establish and maintain robust reporting frameworks, processes, and associated controls
- Standardize reporting & analytics processes for the business execution function
- Utilize standard tools and templates for efficient project planning and governance
- Collaborate with senior leadership to devise and implement strategic plans that align with business objectives
- Devise metrics and a tracking system to monitor the progress of our strategic ISG plan
- Relevant experience in financial services
- Experience in project management is a plus
- Proven understanding of the financial services industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree/University degree or equivalent
- Master's degree is preferred
