- At least three year proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business management skills, including experience in HR, safeguarding, training, and strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence partnerships at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement innovative sales and business strategies.
- Passion for well-being and holistic health, with a deep understanding of the power of well-being in driving personal and professional success.

- Willingness to travel to Mid Wales regularly for on-site responsibilities and meetings.
