    They are currently seeking a motivated and experienced property sales negotiator to join their team.

    • Details of the role *
    • *Permanent role, full-time *
    • *Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm (1 hour lunch break)*
    • *Saturdays, 1 in 4: 9 am to 4pm *
    • *Salary starting at £25k plus commission*
    • *Location: Wakefield (office-based only)*
    • The Role: *
    • Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to completion
    • Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
    • Conduct property valuations and market appraisals to accurately assess property values and develop effective sales strategies
    • Implement marketing initiatives to promote properties and attract potential buyers, utilising both traditional and digital channels
    • Negotiate sales agreements, ensuring favourable outcomes for both sellers and buyers while maximising company revenue
    • Collaborate with mortgage brokers, conveyancers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and timely property transactions
    • Utilise CRM systems and databases to manage client information, track leads, and monitor sales progress
    • Generate and manage Trustpilot and Google reviews to enhance the company's reputation and attract new clients
    • Work closely with the sales team and administrative staff to ensure efficient coordination and communication throughout the sales process
    • Stay updated on market trends, property regulations, and industry developments to provide informed advice to clients
    • The Person: *
    • Proven experience in property sales negotiation within the estate agency sector
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong understanding of property market dynamics and valuation principles
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management abilities
    • Team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
    • Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office suite
