HR Advisor to join their team based in the East London area.

JOB DETAILS

PAY RATE: £22.

54 per hour

WORK TYPE: Temporary
WORK PATTERN: Full Time
LOCATION: South London

JOB SUMMARY

You will support a high quality and professional HR service, providing advice and guidance to managers and colleagues to ensure effective implementation of people policies and procedures.

Working closely with the UK and overseas HR Teams, the role will support a range of people processes, activities and projects

JOB DESCRIPTION
The duties and responsibilities of the role will include:

Supporting managers to identify absence and performance issues and cases and identifying and escalating risks accordingly.
Making referrals to Occupational Health and working with managers to ensure all reasonable recommendations are put in place.
Support line managers with case management and keep up to date with best practice and precedent across the organisation, contributing to case discussions and managing a caseload with guidance where necessary.
Support organisational change, restructuring and development activities where required

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE

Sound basic knowledge of recruitment practices.
Knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
Knowledge of HR systems and actions needed from managers in a selfserve environment
Proactive & confident HR professional with a consultancy approach
