A leading IT Support and Services company is looking for a IT support Technician to join their friendly team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work in a fast paced environment and learn new skills. They are looking for someone who is eager tolearn while delivering a first class service to their clients.
Your technical responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Working on 1st/2nd line IT issues
- Providing support to clients both onsite and remotely
- Managing client accounts, responding to client issues and raising tickets accordingly
- Troubleshooting and supporting, Windows, Hyper V, Microsoft Exchange, Firewalls
- 2+ years relevant experience in an MSP environment
- Ability to perform technical repairs, upgrades, installations and warranties.
- Good working knowledge of Cloud VOIP and PBX systems.
