An opportunity has arisen to work with the Facilities Management Services team providing reception and administrative support.


The Facilities Management Services supports corporate headquarter buildings providing high level of reception and administrative support to building users and visitors.


You will have good experience of working on a building reception, providing excellent service to internal customers and external visitors.

You will be able to work in a busy and demanding role and provide additional administrative support to the Facilities Management team where required.

Good planning, organisational and prioritisation skills are therefore essential to this busy and exciting role.

This role is based at council buildings in Scunthorpe, or occasionally other council buildings within North Lincolnshire as required.
