- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct risk assessments and COSHH assessments.
- Manage and lead accident investigations, including Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Chair daily production meetings to address safety concerns and promote a safety-first culture.
- Take responsibility for HS at external sites and installations
- Lead health and safety meetings and facilitate discussions with employees at all levels.
- Work towards or maintain NEBOSH certification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement safety programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and training to employees on health and safety best practices.
- NEBOSH certification or working towards it.
- Proven experience in health and safety management in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Proficient in chairing meetings and promoting safety awareness.

I'm recruiting for a Health, Safety & Environmental Manager for a long-established manufacturing company with a strong commitment to safety.

As a HSE Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety of the manufacturing plant and its employees.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of plant health and safety operations, conducting inspections, risk assessments, COSHH assessments, chairing meetings, and leading accident investigations.
