    Description

    We are currently seeking a Registered Children's Manager to oversee the care and well-being of children in our residential care facility.

    The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing and experience in managing care plans, medication administration, and dementia care.


    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise a team of care staff to ensure highquality care for children
    • Develop and implement individual care plans for each child
    • Manage medication administration and ensure compliance with regulations
    • Provide leadership and guidance in dementia care for children with specific needs
    • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to address medical needs
    • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children in our careRequirements:
    • Registered Nurse qualification
    • Experience in assisted living, dementia care, or nursing home settings
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
