    We are working with a dynamic software company based in London, shaping the future of the property market.

    Our client, a trailblazer in the industry, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for Audience Retention to join their innovative team.

    The Retention Marketing Manager will...
    Design and implement targeted campaigns to engage the estate agent database.
    Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify customer pain points and develop effective content strategies.
    Analyse campaign performance to drive data-informed decisions and enhance future engagement strategies.
    Ensure retention efforts align with the brand voice and contribute positively to customer perception and loyalty.
    Proven experience in managing customer retention and engagement campaigns, ideally in B2B software or property markets.
    Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges and improve retention.
    Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and targeted content creation.
