The Role:
Cover Supervisor Position

As a Cover Supervisor at our school in Stevenage SG1, you will play a key role in maintaining a positive learning environment in the absence of regular classroom teachers ranging from preschool to Year 6.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising and managing classrooms during teacher absences
Delivering preprepared lessons and ensuring a constructive learning experience for students
Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and engage with students effectively
Flexibility and adaptability to cover various subjects and year groups
