We are seeking to appoint an exceptional senior leader to add capacity to our leadership team. The successful candidate will have a firm commitment to raising whole-school achievement particularly in UKS2; supporting students with SEND needs; a strong understanding of assessment; have a professional approach to staff development; high expectations; and a determination to succeed.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work alongside the Primary and Secondary phases of the school to drive forwards the standards and expectations of our middle site which houses Years 5 and 6 as well as Years 7 and 8.
