_About the Role_
This role which provides a high level of administrative support and assistance to the Residential Leasehold team.

The overall objective of the role is to ensure that delegated administrative duties are completed and returned to the appropriate team in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.

Core tasks relating to the role include transaction administration, finance reporting, data capture, completion of trial bundles, file opening and closing including compliance tasks, administration on the Land Registry portal.
