The role
As a Community Support Administrator, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.
We wish to appoint a Community Support Administrator (37 hrs a week) who will provide Admin Support to the Community Support Team at RAF Wyton.
Day to day,
- The drafting and typing of correspondence, reports, minutes, timetables using available IT equipment. However, this excludes private and highly confidential documents
- The distribution of documents and associated paperwork i.e., minutes of meetings etc
- Administrative support for the Contact House, to include bookings, advertising, ensuring properties are available, reporting of faults, purchasing of essentials, liaise with cleaner (monthly time sheets) and VIVO Contractors. + instruct Accounts to monthly pay DIO invoices

- Administrative support to the Airplay Station Youth Worker to include, financial record keeping and booking activities
- Delivering community events alongside the Community Support Team for Service personnel and families including administration and running of events
- Promote and maintain equality and diversity in the workplace
Essential experience of the Community Support Administrator
- 3 GCSE passes at Grade C or above or equivalent, or NVQ Business
- Administration Level
- Computer and IT Literate
- Demonstrates an ability to work as part of a team.
- Has good verbal and written communication skills
